Michelle trains individuals from ages 8 to 80 with varying health and fitness levels, from gym enthusiasts to elite athletes.  She coaches 1 to 1 or in small groups and motivates her clients to achieve goals by overcoming their own obstacles with positive decisions.  Sessions with Michelle are varied, fun and above all effective because she teaches you that fitness is a way of life.  If you are serious about changing YOUR life for the better and be pushed to your limits with someone who understands first hand what it takes get in touch!

Michelle complements her coaching with Sport & Remedial Massage Therapy .  Graduating from the prestigious LSSM (London School of Sports Massage) she has worked with competitive athletes at sporting events such as the  London Marathon, Bleinheim Triathlon and Standard Chartered Great City Race.  She has also worked with Action Challenge on various charity events such as the UKEnd2End (1000 mile bike ride from Land’s End to John O’Groats) and Walk L2B (100km, 24 hour walk from London to Brighton).   Postural alignment, assessment of daily biomechanics  and injury rehabilitation are methods used to improve the wellbeing of her clients.

In her spare time Michelle enjoys running (from cross country to marathon!), attempting to improve her flexibility in a Bikram Yoga class or snowboarding across the continent.  And is planning to purchase a road bike and enter a duathlon (maybe triathlon… depending on how freezing the water is!)
